The study looked at the sales characteristics of the fisheries sector and six stakeholders from the sector were interviewed. This provided insight into the (existing) bottlenecks and wishes in the fisheries sector regarding sales and pricing. Additional information was gathered during an expert meeting. Use was made of data from Gfk and LEI Wageningen UR. With the aid of the Business Model Canvas and a recently developed model for the horticultural sector, named ‘VersvandeKweker.nl’, this report sets out a relatively new future revenue model for fresh fish: ‘VersvandeVisser.nl’. 71 Pagina 82
