Photo by Joseph Simcox. 37 Ingredients: 2 cups of berry juice (made from Aronia berries as shown below) 2-4 cups of sugar Water Preparation: Wash the Aronia berries and then place them into a pot. Cover them with water and boil until the fruits gain a transparent aspect. Separate the fruits from the juice. Place the juice in a pot on the fire, and when it has reached the point of boiling, start adding the sugar and stir. Let everything boil in the pot for 2 minutes. Pagina 46
