130 Recommendations for wood In the case of wood, our recommendations concern the collection and the organization of the transport flows. In the basic scenario, the ambition is to collect and process 500 tons of wood per year. The maximum use scenario is based on 1,000 tons a year, while the intensification scenario assumes a volume of 2,000 tons. The authors’ recommendations are: • The transport flows should be coordinated. The combination of transport and processing will serve to reduce costs.
