52 We are busy to finance a demonstration farm. Then the farm will be constructed. The land is put to our disposal by The Well Foundation for free. At the same time two agricultural consultants will be trained in integrated fish culture. The regional government put these two men to our disposal for free. The two consultants will be responsible for the distribution of the IFS-system throughout Tigray. Are you (entrepreneur or private person) interested to be part of this project? That is possible by giving a loan to a family or a group of farmers to start an IFS-system. A family can start an IFS-system with € 500 and a co-operation group of 20 farmers with € 10,000. The IFS-system is very suitable for development projects (also in dry regions), where one wants to be selfsupporting in food production. It is not necessary to have a river nearby.
